I work with tiny groups of people, supporting them in their health with herbs and physical practices. It’s one way I can use the ‘web’ to do good without getting caught in it. Recently, I made this little practice for the 4 people in the current cohort, then totally forgot about it (hello Spring gardening!). Upon finding it, I decided to give it another listen, and ended up following my own voice deep into my body, dissolving all the ideas of productivity (and guilt of being less productive) for many moments. And the ending was so profound - continues even now.
And…I’ve been a little tongue tied with substack lately - its gotten so full of so many people’s words and ideas, and I’m the kind of person who gets quieter when others in the room get louder. So here’s something that feels authentic, and perhaps useful, if you decide to take a listen. Just don’t listen while you are driving or some other busy multitask; you need some ground to listen on for this. It might help you sleep better tonight, or think about some problem better, or wake up a little more in love. enjoy.
P.S. If this is your kind of thing, you may want to know about an upcoming, fully in the flesh workshop I’m co-teaching at Earthdance in Massachusetts at the end of the month.
